Terms and Conditions

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE

SEU-CHEF is responsible for the whole preparation of the meal ordered by the client. The host's kitchen must be available and in the conditions according to  previously discussed (equipment, space, etc). 

Complementary services may be added such as waiting service, wine pairing and  tableware rental.

VISION

We will always do our utmost to fulfil all client requests, especially by taking into consideration special dietary restrictions and preferences, working in the least invasive way possible, giving our client time to enjoy the company of their guests. By philosophy we ensure the best 

preparation and storage so as to retain all the products nutrients. We  give absolute preference to local products invoking the concept of 0km and also home-grown produce. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be made if the cancellation is requested 48 hour or more prior the service.

If the cancellation notice is given between 48h and 24h before the service, 50% of the value paid will be refunded. 

Cancellations under 24h before the service will not be refunded.

 Cancellation will only be valid once the request is received by e-mail to seu.chef.fj@gmail.com 

If for any unforeseen 

event SEU-CHEF has to cancel the service, a new date will be suggested.

If the client does not accept the alternative, a full refund will be made.

REFUND POLICY

A full or partial refund can be made If the service fails to satisfy the client. If this is the case,  complaints 

should be presented 

within 24 hours of the service to be taken to consideration if  justified.     

TRANSPORTATION FEE

The transportation fee is calculated per Km, considering that the starting point is from the centre of Funchal, Madeira.
